The Business Department is looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to lead the Strategic Planning team in delivering high-impact media strategies and driving client success on the Cốc Cốc Ads platform. In this role, you will work closely with account managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to develop effective advertising solutions, strengthen proposal quality, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning & Client Solutions
- Join client meetings to receive briefs and translate business objectives into strategic media plans on the Cốc Cốc Ads platform.
- Lead the development of integrated media strategies, proposals, and campaign planning aligned with client KPIs.
- Proactively propose advertising packages, new ad formats, and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
- Present strategic recommendations to clients and confidently represent Cốc Cốc's proposals.
- Collaborate with the QC team to implement new ad formats and campaign packages effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Partner with Sales teams to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts through insight-driven proposals.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify growth opportunities and strategic directions for key verticals.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Strategic Planning team to strengthen capability and performance.
- Manage team resources and workload to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Establish planning standards and ensure proposal quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Build a collaborative, proactive, and performance-driven team culture.
- Support performance management and capability development for team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in strategic planning (digital media / advertising / agency / ad platform preferred)
- At least 1 year of team leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms
- Ability to build and implement comprehensive IMC plans
- Solid experience in market research and data analysis
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have
- Strong project management and decision-making capability.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of market trends and evolving digital advertising ecosystems.
- Experience developing new advertising solutions or formats is a plus.
