Responsibilities:
- Has the overall responsibility for writing briefs and conducting briefings on several brands and the ability to mentor and train others in the same pursuits
- Acts as a catalyst to creative and brand teams in seeking out new ways to add value to the brand and in identifying future opportunities
- Demonstrates the maturity and leadership skills to become a key player in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary cross agency team
- Leverages data and insights to writes inspiring briefs and lead creative briefings with little supervision
- Pro-actively seeks out opportunities to make the work better in a collaborative way
- Demonstrates a proficiency in the usage and translation of all types of data into leverageable insights to drive creative thinking and client growth
- Is a knowledgeable leader for planners and associate planners and can help them grow in the discipline
- Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish
- Builds strong relationships with middle level marketing/account clients and earns their trust and respect
Knowledge and experience:
- At least 5 years-experience in relevant industry with at least 1-2 years or more working as a Manager
- Knowledge in marketing, branding, strategic planning & communication channels
- In-depth knowledge about conducting consumer survey by qualitative & quantitative research
Skills and abilities:
- Strong data analytical skills and can use data to solve problems
- Critical thinking, presentation & explanation skills
- Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication
- Ability to work within a team & independently
