Role Description
- Develop business strategies and plans: Build and manage the company's business strategy, annual and periodic business plans in line with the company's direction.
- Monitor business plan execution: Establish KPI systems for departments to ensure alignment with their functions and the company's overall business plan (quarterly, annually); Develop mechanisms for assigning and evaluating KPIs effectively to drive business performance of each team and department.
- Analyze internal business results: Track, analyze, and evaluate business performance to support internal management; Advise on solutions to improve departmental operations and enhance corporate governance efficiency.
- Assess market trends and impacts: Evaluate the effects of market fluctuations and trends, and propose strategies and solutions to improve the company's competitiveness.
- Manage key clients and support business activities: Identify and manage key deals, participate in business activities, and support business units to boost company revenue.
- Consolidate information across leadership and departments: Gather and summarize information for management and various units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Management. or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in securities company or strategic consulting/planning/management, business planning, research/analyst roles, or a related position.
- English proficiency: Capable of communicating, presenting, and preparing reports in English.
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office and online tools, good data analysis and planning skills.
- Personal qualities: Honest, careful, dedicated, eager to learn, and highly responsible.
- Additional skills: Problem-solving, good communication, teamwork, ability to work independently, and strong work management skills.
