What you'll do
- Lead & deliver projects end-to-end: Turn business ideas into clear plans with goals, timelines, budgets, and owners.
- Do the work, not just manage: Work hands-on with teams and ensure deliverables are executed on time & at quality.
- Keep projects on track: Run weekly check-ins, clear blockers, align teams, and hold everyone accountable to milestones.
- Measure impact: Define KPIs, build simple dashboards, and report progress and insights to the related stakeholders (i.e CEO).
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage resources: Forecast budgets, track spending, and secure the right people and tools to deliver.
- Validate new opportunities: Do quick research, competitor scans, and pilot tests; make clear go/no-go calls.
- Build playbooks: Standardize how we launch (templates, checklists, SOPs) to make the next launch faster.
- Anticipate risk: Identify issues early, plan mitigations, and escalate with practical solutions.
What success looks like (first 3-6 months)
- Launch 1-2 priority growth initiatives on time and within budget.
- Hit agreed pilot KPIs.
- Set up a simple PMO toolkit (roadmap, templates, reporting) that the team actually uses.
- Build strong working rhythms with functional leaders and key external partners.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in PMO/Project Management/Operations/Consulting or fast-moving startup teams; proven track record delivering cross-functional projects.
- Execution skills: Strong at planning, prioritization, and problem-solving; comfortable turning ambiguity into a clear plan and drives execution hands-on with attention to detail.
- People & comms: Strong facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building with both internal teams and external partners.
- Data & tools: Confident with Google Sheets/Excel (pivot, lookup, simple modeling).
- Domain fit (nice to have): Entertainment & New Media, Creator Commerce/Economy, Digital Marketing.
- Languages: Vietnamese (fluent); English (working proficiency).
