About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Director to lead the development and execution of integrated Wealth Management solutions through strategic partnerships with insurance, investment, and securities providers. This role will design bundled products aligned with customer life stages, implement multi-channel distribution models, and manage the end-to-end journey for combined offerings targeting diverse customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design life-stage bundled solutions for Wealth Management:
- Develop product models and identify strategic fund partners.
- Create integrated packages combining savings, investment, and insurance products (including SunLife, linked insurance, and ACBS offerings).
- Align product bundles with customer life stages and segment-specific needs.
- Drive strategic partnerships for product development:
- Collaborate with SunLife and other partners to expand insurance-linked investment products.
- Work with ACBC and ACBS to design solutions based on customer value propositions and behavioral insights.
- Lead integration of securities products into the Wealth Hub ecosystem, including API and digital journey design.
- Develop loyalty and reward programs tailored to customer segments (Mass, Affluent, HNW).
- Project management & cross-functional coordination:
- Build and manage project plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and report progress to the Transformation Director.
Qualifications
- Experience & Expertise: Minimum 10 years in banking, finance, insurance, or securities, with strong knowledge of investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
- Proven experience in developing integrated financial solutions and managing multi-partner collaborations.
- Familiarity with customer life-stage product design and distribution strategies.
- Core Skills: Product bundling and financial solution design.
- Stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
- Customer behavior analysis and operational capability assessment.
- Language: Vietnamese (mandatory).
