Job Purpose
The HR Business Partner works closely with business leaders to understand people needs, support team performance, and implement practical HR solutions. This role focuses on business partnering, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives to help business units operate more effectively during growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities, people issues, organization needs, and workforce plans.
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory to managers on performance, talent, engagement, retention, employee relations, and team effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, organization structure review, and role clarification with business units.
- Coordinate talent review, succession planning, performance management, promotion, and career development activities.
- Support OD-related initiatives such as competency framework, organization design, capability building, engagement actions, culture, and change management.
- Analyze HR data such as turnover, headcount, performance, engagement, and talent movement to identify issues and propose practical actions.
- Work with COE and HR Operations teams to deliver HR programs and ensure smooth implementation at business units.
- Support communication, stakeholder alignment, and adoption activities for HR or business transformation projects.
- Follow up action plans with business leaders and ensure HR initiatives are executed on time and effectively.

Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience, including HRBP, Talent Management, OD, or HR transformation exposure.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, insurance, or large corporate environments is preferred.
- Good understanding of performance management, talent review, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change support.
- Able to work directly with business leaders and provide practical HR advice.
- Exposure to OD projects such as organization design, competency framework, succession planning, capability building, culture, or transformation is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Good Vietnamese and English communication skills.
