Job Description

Leschaco Vietnam Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic relationships with local accounts in a specific industry.
  • Creates and manages key client account plans.
  • Aligns account management with global/regional company strategies.
  • Drives customer satisfaction and leads contract negotiations.
  • Ensures sales volume growth and account profitability.
  • Works closely with Country Head of Sales, and well collaborates with internal and Regional stakeholders.
  • Measured by commercial volumes, revenue, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Requires skills in customer centricity, strategic thinking, and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Additional Sales task as assigned by Country Head of Sales and the Management Board

Requirements

  • Required years of professional experience: Graduated University/College, from at least 3 years experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Key Account of logistics industry
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) for business communication.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
