Key Responsibilities
- Develops strategic relationships with local accounts in a specific industry.
- Creates and manages key client account plans.
- Aligns account management with global/regional company strategies.
- Drives customer satisfaction and leads contract negotiations.
- Ensures sales volume growth and account profitability.
- Works closely with Country Head of Sales, and well collaborates with internal and Regional stakeholders.
- Measured by commercial volumes, revenue, and customer engagement metrics.
- Requires skills in customer centricity, strategic thinking, and industry-specific knowledge.
- Additional Sales task as assigned by Country Head of Sales and the Management Board
Requirements
- Required years of professional experience: Graduated University/College, from at least 3 years experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Key Account of logistics industry
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) for business communication.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
