This is not a hunting role your focus will be on nurturing existing relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and growing business with our current client base.
What you'll do
- Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with one or more customers.
- Act as a customer advocate: Represent customer needs internally and ensure the right quality of service.
- Become a trusted advisor: Share insights about emerging technologies, build credibility, and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Consultative selling: Translate customer needs into solutions across software engineering, product management, and infrastructure services. Create and deliver strategic account plans.
What we're looking for
- Experience in strategic account management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Organized and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Previous customer-facing delivery experience is a plus.
- Fluent English is required.
- Willingness to travel to Czech Republic as you would have your colleagues and teams there as well.
