Job Description

At EmbedIT, we focus on helping our clients get the best from our services. We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to strengthen partnerships with our key customers in Vietnam. This is not a hunting role your focus will be on nurturing existing relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and growing business with our current client base.

What you'll do

  • Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with one or more customers.
  • Act as a customer advocate: Represent customer needs internally and ensure the right quality of service.
  • Become a trusted advisor: Share insights about emerging technologies, build credibility, and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Consultative selling: Translate customer needs into solutions across software engineering, product management, and infrastructure services. Create and deliver strategic account plans.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in strategic account management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous customer-facing delivery experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Willingness to travel to Czech Republic as you would have your colleagues and teams there as well.
