General Qualifications;

High school or Vocational School graduate,
At least 2 years of experience in materials, semi-finished and finished goods warehouse and inventory management, and internal logistics processes,
Proficient and effective user of MS Office programs,
Preferably experienced in production and line feeding processes in the Electrical - Electronics sector,
Preferably able to operate active forklifts and warehouse transport vehicles with necessary certifications,
Preferably knowledgeable in ERP software, actively using warehouse modules,
Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
Residing or willing to reside on the European side of Istanbul,
Able to adapt to shift work system, high work tempo, and flexible working hours.

Job Description;

Receiving materials into the warehouse, transporting them in a controlled manner, and placing them in appropriate warehouse locations,
Recording material incoming and outgoing transactions, preparing dispatch notes and invoice documentation, archiving and safeguarding these records,
Conducting regular inventory counts, updating records, and ensuring seamless execution of stock control processes,
Maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse area, protecting warehouse equipment and fixtures,
Preparing semi-finished and raw materials required for the production line in a timely and accurate manner, coordinating line feeding processes,
Carrying out material dispatches to the production area and efficiently managing internal logistics operations,
Receiving and inspecting material returns and creating relevant records,
Conducting warehouse and internal logistics activities in accordance with company quality policies and occupational health and safety procedures,
Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, efficiently, and according to regulations.
