MUJI was launched as a proprietary brand by Seiyu in December 1980 and now includes up to 7,000 items sold in over 900 stores across 30 countries and regions, including Japan. Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. handles all aspects of MUJI goods planning, development, manufacturing, distribution, and sales. MUJI Retail (Vietnam) LLC was established in August 2019, with plans to open the first store in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City in 2020.

Role Description

Improve efficiency or store operation and execution.

Understand and be able to report sales or other issues on each floor and staff.

Allocate staff and shift control based on Store Staff's working schedule and manage Store Staff attendance.

Prepare a training plan and train new members.

Manage the Store's Safety and Security, Risk Matter report system in case of accidents, incidents, and disasters.

Crisis management

Analyze data and set a planning strategy for the store.

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience working as a Store Supervisor in a retail store.

Well-understand in MUJI philosophy and passionate in incorporating it into everyday work.

Individual who enjoys teamwork, is eager to improve and feels rewarded by making others happy.

Have leadership skills, be a good listener with smooth communication to cooperate between departments, train new staff, and share knowledge.

Have practical and logical thinking with data/numerical values as a base.

Having VMD (Visual Merchandiser) Skills is preferable

Business level English (TOIEC 700 or equivalent)- Be able to speak& interview in English ( 2 round
