Role Description

  • Assist store manager to do stores operating management and supervise staff daily work.
  • Manage people, store operations and environment to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals
  • Monitor the retail store inventory level; replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly
  • Handling customer complaints and problems related to the store management.
  • Motivate staff's enthusiasm, help stores to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Implement sales events and promotion in accordance to sales plan
  • Maintain store staff job results by leading, coaching, training, motivating, counseling and disciplining employees; also monitoring job results and providing advice for staff performance improvement
  • Work with the management and HR regarding staff attendance, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training program, staff evaluation and all personnel actions
  • Organize and manage duty roster effectively, maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality on daily basic & during peak season, holiday, responsible for staff working schedule, handle and maintain staff discipline
  • Submit all monthly store expenses/invoices, sales performance, and other reports to Finance Dept to process the payment
  • Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • University/College graduates
  • 1 year experienced in customer service industries: fashion retail, supermarket, hospitality, F&B...
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (4 skills). OR Chinese
  • Excellent self-management skills, open-minded, eager to communicate, learn and practice leadership.
  • Willing to work in shifts. Day (9:00-17:30), mid (11:30-20:00) , night (13:30 - 22:00)

  • Salary : Basic salary : 10,000,000 – 12,000,000/month (gross)
