Responsible for overall store operations, including sales performance, customer service, inventory, and team management. Lead the store team to achieve business goals while ensuring compliance with company standards. Report directly to the Area Manager and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Performance & Sales Management
- Align with Finance/Product teams to ensure smooth sales processes
- Address and resolve any sales/transaction flow issues
- Responsible for cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
Customer Service
- Coordinate with Training/related teams to implement customer service excellence (CSE) standards
- Monitor and improve store team performance in customer service
Stock Inventory and Asset Management
- Coordinate with WH/SnD/HRGA for stock and asset management, including regular cycle counts
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of stock and assets
Visual Merchandising (VM) & Marketing
- Implement VM plans and ensure campaign displays are accurate and aligned with VM briefs.
Loss Prevention and Maintenance
- Collaborate with LP team to implement loss prevention measures
- Ensure all security and maintenance guidelines are followed
Training and Development
- Coordinate with L&D/HR to develop store team training and development plans
- Monitor training progress and ensure adherence to development flows
Administration (Reporting)
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including opening and closing checklists, sales reports, cash deposits, and petty cash
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales, inventory, and store activities
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field. A major in Business-related field is a plus.
- + 2 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/ managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service skills
- Proficient in POS system, inventory control, and sales management
- Strong task management and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in team coaching and performance improvement
- Strong administrative and reporting capacities
