Job Description

Position Summary

Lead the overall store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer experience goals.

Provide strategic direction, manage the store team, and ensure operational excellence across sales, customer experience, inventory, finance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience Leadership

  1. Set store sales targets and create action plans to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
  2. Guide the Experience Master in delivering a premium in-store experience and driving conversion rates.
  3. Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS, feedback) and implement improvements.

Team Leadership & People Management

  1. Lead, coach, and motivate the store team, including Experience Master, Operation Specialist, and sales floor staff.
  2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for all store employees.
  3. Build a positive, high-performance culture that encourages teamwork and accountability.

Operational & Financial Management

  1. Ensure accurate inventory control, proper stock levels, and compliance with storage and safety protocols.
  2. Oversee cash management, sales reporting, and expense control to meet budget objectives.
  3. Approve and monitor O2O operations, returns/exchanges, and special order processes.

Store Administration & Facility Management

  1. Ensure smooth execution of all store administrative tasks, including documentation, compliance, and supply management.
  2. Manage facility maintenance, security, and vendor coordination to maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.
  3. Reporting & Communication
  4. Provide regular reports on store performance, sales trends, inventory status, and operational issues to regional leadership.
  5. Act as the primary communication link between headquarters and the store team, ensuring clear execution of strategies and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Proven track record in retail management, sales strategy execution, and customer experience enhancement.
  • Strong analytical, financial acumen, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in retail premium brands, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Location: Bitexco Building - 2 . Hi Triu, Bn Ngh, Phng Si Gn

Working hours: according to store shifts, 08:00 - 16:00 / 11:00 - 19:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, One day off per week on a non-fixed schedule
