This time we have Japanese BBQ expanding 5 restaurants before year of 2030, but not only it, but also other F&B even other hospitality business too. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in District 1. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing retail strategies to meet sales goals. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising and training staff, monitoring store performance, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and implementing loss prevention measures to minimize risks. The Store Manager will also ensure that the store complies with company policies and maintains a welcoming and professional environment.

Address: Nguu Cat Restaurant, 120bis Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str, Tan Dinh ward, District 1, HCMC

Working time: 4 days off /month with 30days, and 5 day off/month with 31 days

Job Description:

  • Restaurant Operations Management: Overseeing store operations of total, Hall and Kitchen management.
  • Monitoring customer service activities, providing consultations, and receiving feedback from key customers.
  • Creating and maintaining daily revenue reports with customer information, HR records, equipment logs, etc., for superiors upon request.
  • Conduct business strategy which designed by director.
  • Achieving targets set by superiors, boosting revenue and profit, and contributing to development strategies of the store.
  • Weekly and Monthly meeting organizing with data-driven approaching.
  • Staff management and other management operation by management file with quantitative approach.
  • Work with Marketing team, CRM(customer relationship management) team, Admin (HR, GA, Accounting, Procurement) team, Sales team.

Job requirement

  • Must has more than 3 yr experience in F&B and MGR experience (Hotel experience welcome)
  • JLPT N2/N1, can speak and report in Japanese
  • Report to BOD
  • Salary + Benefit, included allowances and insurances.
  • Some bonus and award systems prepared include Study tour to Japan for selected person
