Job Description

1. Work Planning and Business Performance Monitoring (Weighting: 60%)
  • Develop and implement both overall and detailed plans for the counter sales consultant team to achieve revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Ensure effective merchandise planning, including forecasting, inbound/outbound stock, and inventory control.
  • Allocate sales targets to each staff member in a clear, reasonable, and persuasive manner.
  • Ensure the workplace is clean, well-organized, and professional at all times.
2. Operational Process Development and Staff Training (Weighting: 30%)
  • Develop operational procedures and provide clear work instructions to staff.
  • Propose appropriate business and customer service policies in line with each business phase.
  • Train and coach staff to improve negotiation skills, communication skills, and customer service quality.
  • Ensure customer service is delivered in a professional and highly effective manner.
  • Collect customer materials/payments under assigned responsibility.
3. Market Information Collection and Business Planning Advisory (Weighting: 10%)
  • Maintain frequent interaction with customers (product introductions, program promotions, design consultations, etc.) to achieve assigned targets.
  • Collect market intelligence, including product designs and competitors activities.
  • Advise the Store Manager on customer center business operations to achieve optimal business performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Strong skills in merchandise management and people management
  • Good communication skills
  • Quick-thinking, strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under high pressure

Working hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Salary range: 20-25 mil gross
