The Role

As a Store Manager, you are the anchor of everything that happens in your store. You'll be responsible for both strategy and daily operations - translating CHAGEE's standards into a consistent, high-quality experience that customers return for.

What you will be responsible for

• Own the full P&L of your store - driving net sales, managing costs, and making decisions that directly affect the business outcome
• Lead, train, and develop your team of Partners: setting performance standards, supporting growth, and building accountability without micromanagement
• Maintain the operational integrity of the store - from quality control and inventory to CHAGEE's service standards and brand consistency
• Act as the primary bridge between your store and customers - modelling the CHAGEE experience and resolving issues with ownership
• Partner with the Operations team on short- to long-term planning, from store targets to expansion support
• Mentor your team toward their next step - whether that's Senior Barista, Supervisor, or beyond

What We're Looking For

We care less about where you've been and more about how you think and operate. These are the qualities that set our best Store Managers apart.

✦ Prior experience in F&B or fast-moving beverage operations - you understand the pace and the standard required

✦ Working knowledge of P&L management - you can read a number, understand what drove it, and make decisions accordingly

✦ Accountability without ego - you take ownership of results, good and bad, and bring your team with you

✦ Clear communicator - able to align stakeholders, brief your team, and represent the store externally

✦ High adaptability - comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment without losing the standard

✦ A Partner mindset - you work with people, not above them.
