The Store Development Staff role plays a key part in supporting the opening of new retail stores in Vietnam. The position combines property and market research, commercial negotiations, promotional activities, and coordination with property owners and internal departments to support both new and existing stores.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property and market research, including area analysis, store comparisons, sales estimates, and profit and loss calculations
- Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners and discuss contracts, construction classifications, and competitor analysis
- Support new store openings through promotional activities, coordination with property owners, and media relations
- Support existing stores through social media promotions and collaboration with internal departments
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in retail real estate development or with a real estate company
- Japanese-language proficiency at Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N3 level or above
- Intermediate English proficiency, equivalent to a Test of English for International Communication score of 600 or above
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or a high school qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience
