Position Statement
The Storage Sales & Residential Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth through storage solutions and managing direct in-home sales opportunities generated by Crown's marketing efforts. This role combines strategic business development for storage services with consultative residential sales, ensuring all opportunities are maximized in a team-selling environment. Maintaining a high-performance, customer-driven culture is crucial to success.

Aptitude, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Aptitude: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional Knowledge: Understanding of storage solutions, logistics, and residential moving services.
Qualifications: Proven B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in storage or moving services.
Competencies
Commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
