1. Job Purpose
- To oversee station budget, forecast, actual P&L performance and process improvement to support operation efficiency and strategic decision making
- To complete the assignment as per Country Controlling manager's assignment and CFO
2. Main Accountabilities
- Acts as business partners with Products, other departments and management
- Measures station performance/ target achievement by conducting the analysis of station actual performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior-year figures deliver timely commentary and actionable insights to management
- Actively supports station cross functional alignments
- Facilitates implementation, follows up and monitors implementation/achievements
- Driving station planning and forecasting process
- Supports to manage Net Working Capital
- Coordinates station business case preparation
3. Requirements for the Job
- University degree with focus on Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Min. 5 years experience in financial controlling, accounting, or managerial finance roles and knowledge of Logistics industry is an advantage
- Very good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Sound business understanding and high proficiency in operations
- Affinity to travel
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Assertive, persistent and able to challenge
- Strong communication skills
- Able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict
- Ability to take ownership and drive improvement
- Good collaboration with other departments to have the smooth process
- Fluent in English verbal/written communication
