Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the management, development, and standardization of standard components/parts such as bolts, nuts, plastic clips, etc., used across multiple projects.
Perform technical assessments for standard part development;
Evaluate technical solutions, manufacturability, feasibility, and risks during the development and trial phases.
Prepare and manage DCR and ECR, coordinating with relevant departments to handle engineering changes.
Coordinate and communicate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers during trial and SOP phases.
Participate in the establishment and continuous improvement of standard part management processes and related technical standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation, or related technical fields.
At least 2 years of experience in roles from other industries with a background in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
Good command of English.
