Role
The SOIP Staff is responsible for supporting the end-to-end planning process, including demand forecasting, production scheduling,and material requirement planning. This role works closely with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Production teams to ensure seamless operational workflows, optimize inventor levels, and meet delivery deadlines efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- SOIP Activities
- Receive Sale Orders (SO) from Sales Team
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO)
- Project tracking management — follow goods transfer from HN to HCM
- Calculate and issue PRs for Raw Materials, Components, and Packaging
- Build replenishment schedules based on lead times, MOQ, and safety stock levels to ensure on-time-in-full supply for demand
- Track and report key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), DIO (Days of Inventory), and SLOB (Slow-moving/Obsolete inventory)
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation and analyze cost variations (shipping, holding, import duties)
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or near-expiry inventory (SLOB) and propose clearance or promotion strategies with Sales/R&D teams
- Communicate effectively (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

Job Specification
Education, Training, Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience & Technical Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Merchandising Planning
- Solid understanding of operations, production order flows, and BOM structures
- Proficiency in Planning/MRP modules within SAP/ERP systems
- Advanced Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMPRODUCT, charts, etc.)
Languages
English: TOEIC 450+ or IELTS 4.0+ is a plus

- Strong numerical aptitude, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
- Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
- High adaptability to fast-paced commercial environments and shifting market demands
