Position: SCM Center of Excellence (CoE) Analyst Staff
Working location: Gia Lam, Hanoi (with shuttle bus to pick up employees)
Job Responsibilities
SCM report platform development and maintenance:
- Work on Global SCM Data visibility PJ to visualize SCM metric performance of each region by getting instruction from CoE Leader and other CoE members (PJ started since Jan'25, expecting core development phase will be completed until Mar'27 and move to maintenance phase)
- Through the project, work on developing new data model in google big query database with internal/external digital team, conduct user testing, data validation with existing reports in each region and developing dashboards
- Understand business and operational background of each region and usage of SAP as well as existing customization, in order to make the suitable report design and logic at global
- Drive utilization of dashboards that have already been built, work on transition from old regional/local report to the global standard report with regional stakeholders
- Work with IT team on troubleshooting of any data errors or ad-hoc issues
- Get trained and become familiar with Agile Scrum methodology Data analytics
- Through data-driven analysis & insight, provide information & proposal to region S&OP colleagues
- Release regular global SCM KPI dashboards, collect detail information and insight from regional stakeholders and support improvement actions
- Collect voices from regional users and reflect the changes needed in existing global reports and keep standardizing and improving the platform and visibility
- Regularly provide technical training of database and dashboard to regional users with other CoE members
Shared Service
- Provide services of repetitive jobs requested from Americas and Europe regional SCM team, try to add value such as documenting the SOP, give proposals. Examples are;
- Americas Safety stock target setting proposal
- Americas inventory projection consolidation
- Americas Tariff report
- Europe purchase order, sales order maintenance
- Europe Inventory Screening and suggestions for reallocation
Work Conditions
- This position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam
- Working time flexibility (Morning & Evening): Some days require flexible working hours; 7-8am morning or 6-10pm (2 or 3 times per week) to communicate various regional colleagues, IT team, and CoE leader
- Working location (office / home): 2 days/week office, 3 days/week will be work from home (WFH). Apply WFH on the day having tasks early morning or late evening
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Practical knowledge and 3+ years experiences in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) especially supply & inventory planning experience
- Experience of global/cross-country S&OP jobs is preferred
- User experience of SAP and basic skill & understanding of the key functionalities in SCM area, particularly on supply & inventory planning
- Experience of external BI tool to develop dashboards is strongly preferred
- Basic skill of SQL
- Open minded and strong interpersonal communication ability with multi-national colleagues, especially experience of working with Western people is preferred
- Strong analytical skills. Advanced skills of reporting & analysis, good with numbers. Good at tools functionalities in spreadsheet and presentation slides (Preferred experience for google sheet and slides)
- Ability to prioritize and on time deliver initiatives
- Logical thinking and ability to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English (can communicate with Western colleagues in verbal smoothly)
