Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bình Thạnh for a Staff Accountant. Responsibilities will include managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in month-end and year-end financial reporting. The Staff Accountant will also handle reconciliations, monitor budgets, and provide support in the auditing process. Collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial processes will be key to this position.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and preparing tax documentation
• Experience with accounting software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Effective communication and collaborative abilities to work closely with other teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; is a plus
• Software Misa, Jira, Slack
• Familiarity with Vietnamese tax laws and regulatory requirements is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar accounting role, particularly in a corporate setting
