Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager in Vietnam to lead and execute our human resources and organizational development initiatives locally. This role will be instrumental in building an efficient and attractive talent framework, strengthening employee relations, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Duties And Responsibilities
HR
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, HR operation and administration, employee engagement, training and development.
- Talent acquisition: work with hiring managers to recruit the right talents and facilitate the process of recruitment from sourcing to screening candidates, assisting interviews and employment contracts.
- HR operation: ensure smooth on/off-boarding processes and procedures, implement enhancement of on/off-boarding processes.
- Update, review and improve HR policies and employee handbooks in different jurisdictions.
- Payroll duty: Ensure all transactional processes are executed accurately in a timely manner, comply with statutory requirements, meeting contribution or payment timeline and updating staff data in HRIS.
- Maintain HRIS system such as data input, data update, ensure data accuracy in the system, generate reports from HRIS for reporting.
- Well versed in local labour laws and knowledge of labour laws in other jurisdictions is an advantage.
Admin
- Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
- Assist with budget preparation and track expenses, invoices and manage office accounts to ensure payments are made on time.
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Ad-hoc administration duty as per requested.
Skills And Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Able to use Excel for various report analysis, statistics, and data consolidation; familiar with relevant formulas and functions.
- Experience in overseas human resources operations is a plus.
- Familiar with LinkedIn; experience with other international recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in supporting rapid company expansion and team building are preferred.
- Strong background in administrative and operational support, with excellent time and task management skills.
- Detail-oriented and patient.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
- Quick-thinking, highly cooperative, and responsible.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR work experience.
- Chinese(mandarin), English proficiency.
