Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the forex industry to join our Vietnam team. This role involves spearheading our sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and driving our business forward in the highly competitive fintech arena.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Prospect and secure new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product offerings.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Organize and attend industry conferences, meetings, and other events to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the forex industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
