Job Description

Job Objectives

Product marketing is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and deploy promotion programs to customers

Frequently, product marketing is the voice of the customer within company, precisely researching consumer needs and experiences to enhance product's competitve advantages

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
  • Build value proposition & messaging to give a unique selling point for new products
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the customer and develop sales channels that facilitate the onboarding & activation process
  • Research competitor offerings, propose promotion scheme for each segment to enhance user's usage/ user's acquisitions within allowed budget
  • Collaborate with PR/brand team to create marketing materials and Channel teams (Digital, CRM) to deploy promotion campaign/ product launching campaign
  • Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys and sales data
  • Test new product flow & get feedback from user's voice to upgrade the best experience
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manage

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor or master's degree in marketing, banking /financial category is plus point especially card product/ merchant product
  • 3 years+ experience as a same position in marketing communication
  • Skill: Negotiation, Influence, Persuasion, Creativity with open mind, high level of learning agility
  • Strong experience with deep understanding of social media platform, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, mobile & web analytics, data analytic to review performance
  • Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
  • Being sensitive to market trend and consumer insights
