Role: Sr. Manager, Publisher Alliances

Work Location: Vietnam (Hanoi)

About Role:

We are looking for Sr. Manager Publisher Alliances to lead and scale our supply-side monetization business in Vietnam, with a strong focus on gaming, utility and content app publishers. This role will serve as a local market expert and senior contributor, responsible for driving publisher acquisition, growing revenue, and representing the company within Vietnam's mobile app ecosystem.

You will own senior publisher relationships, lead complex sales cycles, and work closely with global Ad Operations, and Product teams to maximize monetization performance across the region.

The role involves, driving yield optimization using GAM, AdX, Open Bidding, and MCM, and supporting revenue growth through Google demand solutions.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Lead supply-side sales efforts in Vietnam, targeting mid-to-large gaming and utility app developers using GAM, AdX, Open Bidding, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed
  • Onboard and manage gaming publishers (apps & websites) in target markets
  • Optimize publisher yield against key KPIs such as eCPM, fill rate, ARPU, latency, and viewability
  • Assist in commercial discussions, including revenue-share models and MCM (MA / MI) setups
  • Manage day-to-day execution across:
  • GAM setup and optimization
  • AdX configuration
  • Open Bidding partner integrations
  • Policy compliance and brand safety
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and renewals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at publisher organizations
  • Represent the company at local industry events, developer meetups, and conferences
  • Maintain publisher pipelines and onboarding status in CRM
  • Work closely with Ad Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize monetization performance across the region
  • Provide local market insights and publisher feedback to influence global strategy and roadmap
  • Participate in Google ecosystem events and industry forums as required

Required Skills:

  • 9+ years of experience in programmatic advertising
  • Strong hands-on experience of working in Google Publisher Stack
  • Prior experience of working with gaming app and/or web publishers
  • Mandatory experience with a GCPP (experience with more than one GCPP is a plus)
  • Mobile SDK integrations and RTB environments
