Job Summary
This position will lead facility team to be responsible for provide maintenance service and improve reliabilities for the whole Tianjin site facility system and equipment, including HVAC, substations, air compressors, water treatment, heating water system, generator, gas station, etc. and anything related to building is under this role also. This position also will be responsible for the focus factory's production equipment in the aspect of maintenance technology.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability of facility system and production equipment for focus factory.
- Troubleshoot and take immediate action to malfunction of facility and production equipment failure which technicians can't fix.
- Provide technical support for maintenance technicians.
- RCA for complicated and frequent issues and develop preventive action.
- Budget and spending management, continuous improvement, and productivity.
- Develop AM/PM plan and standard task form.
- Spare part list management for the accountable area.
- Provide training for maintenance technicians and operators.
- Develop WI for standard work process.
- Support CAPEX projects, new equipment installation, test and acceptance.
- Lead TPM Projects for facility and production equipment reliability improvement.
- People and PPM management for facility team.
Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates
- Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
- About 8 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Good command of English, oral and written included.
- Strong leadership and have immediate and right reaction when something go wrong.
- Skilled in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Experience in Automatic and monitoring configuration software (AutoCAD) is mandatory
- Experience in Industrial automation information technology software (PLC, HMI) is a plus
- Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience in project leading.
- Good communication skills.
