Job Description

(1) Sr. HR Officer (C&B Focus)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, monthly payroll calculation, leave & benefits administration, etc.
  • Maintain and update employee database and ensure all personal records are accurate
  • Prepare, review monthly HR reports and HR analysis for management
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in multinational or medium-sized companies; experienced in garment industry would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in local labor laws, HR best practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and high accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Good command of written & spoken English

(2) Sr. HR Officer (Recruitment Focus)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Support the Manager to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies and processes aligned with business needs
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and employer branding initiatives
  • Effectively partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring process in place
  • Design and execute internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement and promote organizational culture
  • Manage communication channels and craft clear, consistent messaging for HR programs, policies, and initiatives
  • Provoke open dialogues within the organization and foster a positive workplace environment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Experienced in the garment industry is preferable
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in talent acquisition function, exposure in fast-paced environment is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in labor laws and HR best practices
  • Good command of written & spoken English
