(1) Sr. HR Officer (C&B Focus)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, monthly payroll calculation, leave & benefits administration, etc.
- Maintain and update employee database and ensure all personal records are accurate
- Prepare, review monthly HR reports and HR analysis for management
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in multinational or medium-sized companies; experienced in garment industry would be an advantage
- Good knowledge in local labor laws, HR best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and high accuracy in data handling
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good command of written & spoken English
(2) Sr. HR Officer (Recruitment Focus)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support the Manager to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies and processes aligned with business needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and employer branding initiatives
- Effectively partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring process in place
- Design and execute internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement and promote organizational culture
- Manage communication channels and craft clear, consistent messaging for HR programs, policies, and initiatives
- Provoke open dialogues within the organization and foster a positive workplace environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Experienced in the garment industry is preferable
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in talent acquisition function, exposure in fast-paced environment is an advantage
