About This Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the SEA clinical team. The role is based in Vietnam. The position is responsible for overseeing clinical activities within the Vietnam market. The position will work cross-functionally with the Vietnam team to deliver an excellent clinical customer experience for all Invisalign Providers within the Vietnam market.

In this role, you will

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

Deliver Results

  • Responsible for working with assigned accounts and team within Align Tech, including direction, motivation and development of clinical plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success thru clinical education; preparing clinical materials to send to dental professionals; providing clinical training to new staff.
  • Provide all appropriate reporting to both the Management from Clinical and Sales on a weekly and monthly report
  • Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team in Vietnam.

Drive the Best Outcomes

  • Develop and lead the global standard and localized training courses and clinical events to customers
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing to ensure clinical education effectiveness
  • Co-ordinate with regional team for Clinical events and Training to streamline VN clinical events to doctors needs in NDO, Growth, Prestige, iTero program
  • Organize education events/webinars: inviting speakers, agreements, logistics and setting dry runs with speakers
  • Keeping track record of Clinical education performance
  • Manage clinical related sales/marketing programs. Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share by focusing high value activity and selling,
  • Coordinating clinical related sales/marketing programs like mentorship program, smile program, etc.
  • Be responsible for all quality updates records and customer product feedback for Vietnam market.
  • Ensure professional dress code and attitude is maintained at all.

Lock in Key Relationships

  • Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases; engage non-certified doctors and establish their potential as an Invisalign provider and current submitters to develop Invisalign business
  • Lead clinical event and speaker management
  • Engage speakers to clinical events with pre-event preparation

In this role, you'll need

Requirement / Criteria For The Role

  • Candidates with good technical knowledge and experience in the dental are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in event planning, event logistics, project management
  • Proficient in English
  • Effective communication and presentation skill
