To meet the growing demand for our jewelry and enhance resilience to supply disruptions, Pandora is constructing a new facility in Binh Duong province from May 2024, expected to be opened in 2026. Pandora, the world's largest jewelry brand by sold pieces, currently has 3 production facilities in Thailand with 13,000 staff. The US$160 million factory will cover an area of 7,5 hectares and will be powered by 100% renewable energy and using only recycled gold and silver supporting the Pandora Group's target of net zero emissions by 2040. Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Specialist to manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BoM), Routings, and Production Versions for our manufacturing plant in Vietnam. This role ensures seamless integration between master data and production processes, while closely collaborating with the local production team and reporting to the regional Master Data team in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain Bill of Materials (BoM), Routings, and Production Versions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure all master data entries are aligned with production requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with production teams in Vietnam to understand operational needs and reflect them in SAP master data accurately.
• Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies or outdated information and ensuring consistency through correct and timely master data creation
• Work closely with the Master Data Management (MDM) team in Thailand to ensure alignment with global data governance policies.
• Provide documentation and training to local users when needed.
• Assist in reporting and analysis related to master data quality and usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, specifically in BoM, Routing, and Production Version creation.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC in PP and MM modules.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written); Vietnamese language is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams across regions.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of production planning, shop floor processes, or supply chain is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data governance best practices.
• Experience with SAP mass upload tools (e.g., Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BAPIs, Winshuttle, etc.)
