Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
This position will act on the job (OTJ), technical training to all business units belonging to Coherent Vietnam to provide training-related support, coordination, administrative and delivering learning solutions to address operation training needs for Production Areas with a specific focus on providing OTJ, Technical training for direct labor employees and taking part in training-related projects to enhance the manufacturing performance through training solutions. This requires the co-ordination of the plant-wide level. Mand execution of plans in accordance with group standards and within the required KPI benchmarks
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management or Business Administration or equivalent etc.
- Educational background of Engineering & Technology is preferred.
- 2+ years of Training, education, learning & organisational development with the experience in managing LMS in a manufacturing organization (semiconductor industry) of implementing and supporting to deliver appropriate learning interventions and course contents for training programs is a plus.
- Prior experience in the related area is strongly preferred.
Skills
- High proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Skilled at implementing and coordinating a full cycle of training process, from Training Needs Analysis, budgeting, implementation & delivery to evaluation, in support of company goals, especially for Production Training.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying skill gaps, building skill matrix, evaluating post-training performance, and driving continuous improvement
