Special Education Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hanoi for a Special Education Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing individualized education plans, utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques, and supporting children with special education needs. Key responsibilities include working closely with educators, families, and professionals to ensure effective communication and learning strategies are employed to meet the needs of children. The Specialist will also deliver instruction and provide ongoing assessment and feedback for performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Strong communication skills and experience working with children
• Educational background in Education or a related field
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to various learning styles
• Experience working in an educational or therapeutic environment is a plus
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is an advantage
