In this role, you will be instrumental in the Attribute Team, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Manage spare parts for full vehicle testing, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality as required
- Collaborate with module engineers on product design and specifications
- Work with testing vehicle engineers on DVP vehicle, ensuring the product meets the specified test cases
- Work with manufacturing engineers and planners to install in-house components (H-part)
- Utilize SAP software to manage spare parts data, track orders, and monitor inventory
- Oversee spare parts warehouse, tracking inbound and outbound stock, ensuring proper storage procedures, and optimizing warehouse space
- Support planning and execution of logistics activities related to spare parts
- Provide regular reports on spare parts status and propose solutions to optimize spare parts management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in purchasing, warehouse management, or logistics (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and international suppliers
- Hands-on experience with SAP or related ERP systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently
