Core Responsibilities | Yu cu cng vic
- Supply spare parts, consumables, chemicals and PPE to internal costumers. Cung cp ph tng thay th, vt t tiu hao, ha cht v bo h (PPE) cho nhn vin.
- Write off from system all material supplied. Thc hin xut kho trn h thng tt c vt t cp.
- Execution of Cycle Count and variances analysis. Thc hin kim k nh k v phn tch chnh lch.
- Report any discrepancy found physical vs system in spare parts warehouse to the SP supervisor. Bo co mi sai lch gia thc t v h thng trong kho ph tng cho gim st ph trch.
- Store in proper location and right conditions new and existing material. Bo qun vt t mi v hin c ti ng v tr, trong iu kin ph hp.
- Perform 5's in a daily basis. Thc hin 5S hng ngy.
- Support supervisor to excecute actions regarding metrics established for the area in case of a problem. H tr gim st thc hin cc hnh ng lin quan n ch s ca khu vc khi c vn pht sinh.
- Support supervisor in case of an audit finding or recommendation. H tr gim st trong trng hp c pht hin hoc khuyn ngh t nh gi hng nm.

- Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk are responsible for inventory management and control of spare parts and consumables that are supplied to internal customers such as Mould Maintenance, Machine Maintenance, Production and High Bay Warehouse.

- Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk also control and supply personal protective equipment (PPE) and chemicals in accordance with the company's internal regulations and policies.

Do you have what it takes
- Secondary vocational school, college or higher is preferred u tin ng vin tt nghip trung cp ngh, cao ng hoc cao hn.
- Must be highly proficient with MS Office (Especially in Excel and have basic knowledge of Macro). Thnh tho MS Office (c bit l Excel, v c kin thc c bn v Macro)
