This is a full-time hybrid role for a Spa/Studio Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Spa/Studio Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the spa or studio, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and professional environment, and meeting sales metrics. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing inventory, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and fostering a cooperative and productive work environment
• Expertise in Sales, focusing on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
• Skilled in Project Management to efficiently organize, schedule, and manage operational activities
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and work in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management is a plus
