Accountabilities
- Design and institutionalize a unified KPI framework (Sell-in, Compliance, Visibility, Conversion, Table Share) covering 100% of SP population nationwide
- Lead annual performance target setting in partnership with Sales, Trade, and Regional teams; ensure KPIs cascade from commercial priorities to field-level execution
- Build and maintain real-time performance dashboard (Power BI / AI App) for >3,000 SPs with data integrated from multiple systems (UCA, Sell-out, Compliance, Table Share).
- Lead SP capability roadmap & academy program, from needs assessment to rollout; design training curriculum in collaboration with HR L&D and Trade.
- Develop and manage the SP Career Pathway (SP Sr.SP PC Sales), including criteria, certification, and mobility framework.
- Track post-training performance uplift using KPI improvements and behavioral assessments; ensure investment-to-impact measurement
- Lead capability innovation projects (digital learning, gamification, micro-learning) and standardize SP toolkits and playbooks nationwide
Position profile
Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields
Language(s): Strong proficiency with spoken and written English
Experience / skills required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Performance Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales Effectiveness, or Capability Development within FMCG / Beverage.
- Strong experience in KPI design, performance tracking, and incentive logic.
- Solid understanding of field execution metrics (sell-out, offtake, compliance, visibility, table share, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
- Digital-savvy mindset with passion for continuous improvement.
