Lead nationwide SP (Sales Promoter) field operations excellence to ensure flawless execution, compliance, and brand visibility across biggest outlets.
The role drives operational efficiency, digital adoption, and performance culture by partnering closely with Regional Trade and Sales leadership, bridging strategic direction from HQ to daily execution in-market.
Accountabilities
Define and govern national field operation standards (coverage model, visit frequency, execution checklist, reporting protocols) across trade channels
Lead quarterly field audit program and performance reviews with Regional Trade and agency partners; identify systemic gaps and best practices.
Deploy and enhance digital execution platforms for real-time visibility on productivity, compliance photos, and outlet activation
Collaborate with Digital Enablement and Planning teams to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and eliminate low-value manual processes
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence forums across BUs; codify and share regional best practices
Integrate field insights into strategic planning by channeling on-ground data to Planning & Performance teams for decision support.
Coach and engage to strengthen leadership capabilities, motivation, and retention across SPs.
Position profile
Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
Language(s): Strong proficiency with spoken and written English
