Job Description

Job Description:

  • Be responsible for maintenance/ repair cost and idling trucks due to maintenance/repair.
  • Build up a maintenance plan for all in-house trucks.
  • Monitor and optimise maintenance plan in the matter of both operation efficiency (BAU/spike days) and Cost.
  • Review Repair & Maintenance Request (of the rationality and cost)
  • Optimise idling time due to maintenance/repair.
  • Identify and fix improper usage/maintenance of trucks.
  • Consult maintenance/repair options of workshops.
  • Be responsible for ensuring compliance and insurance cost optimization of in-house trucks.
  • Ensure all in-house trucks are covered by mandatory insurance.
  • Optimise cost for non-mandatory insurance.
  • Reduce the time of handling incidents due to insurance matters.
  • Do market research on the type of trucks to be bought and its technique to prepare truck proposals when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent Degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, facility management will be an advantage.
  • More than 3 years of holding the same managerial position in the Logistics industry.
  • Good analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Be able to manage tasks well and follow strict deadlines.
  • Experienced in team management.
  • High business travel frequency.
  • Intermediate English skills
