Analyze and compare supplier proposals based on factors like price, quality, delivery lead times, sustainability practices, and compliance with our ethical sourcing guidelines.
Request for Quotations (RFQs) and manage the bidding process to ensure competitive pricing.
Assist in developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and procurement efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Monitor supplier performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any issues proactively.
Implement cost-saving initiatives through effective supplier management strategies.
Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in procurement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing or procurement role within the manufacturing, Electronics equipment.
Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record of securing favorable contracts.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and cost modeling.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively build relationships with suppliers and advocate for our company&aposs interests.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba).
Understanding of sourcing principles, contract negotiation best practices, and risk management techniques.
