Drive supplier portfolio management, performance evaluation, risk management, base optimization, and contract/agreement negotiation
Achieve annual cost saving targets through cost analysis, negotiation, localization, centralization, cost module and other VA/VE projects
Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as lead time reduction
Manage supplier relationships and organize supplier business review meetings
Conduct supplier audits in collaboration with SQE and other functions
Work with PM, PE and R&D engineers to support new projects, ensuring objectives in cost, delivery, and quality are met
Perform other tasks assigned by management
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
Certificate holder of CPM, CPSM, CIPS is an advantage
Minimum 3 years in sourcing/purchasing/supplier management, with manufacturing background in electronics, mechanical, automotive, or switch industry preferred
Experience in at least two industries such as PCBA, stamping, molding, plating, machining; project management experience is an advantage
Good written and spoken English (mandatory), Chinese is an advantage
Strong negotiation, teamwork, and communication skills
