*ROLES:
Process Development:
· Consult and support departments in drafting or updating the internal operating procedures, ensuring logical structure, practical and user-friendly content, and standardization.
· Assess the feasibility and risks of proposed procedures, provide independent perspectives and objective feedback to balance operational efficiency with internal control.
· Ensure SOPs accurately reflect actual operations while maintaining necessary controls.
Cross-functional Coordination & Facilitation:
· Organize and lead SOP Committee meetings to review draft SOP
· Present SOP drafts, process changes, and improvement proposals relevant departments
· Collect feedback, align viewpoints, and finalize SOPs based on agreed decisions.
· Coordinate with training team to prepare training materials and user guides.
Document System Management:
· Maintain SOP master list and version control.
· Coordinate SOP issuance, updates, and withdrawals according to internal procedures.
· Act as a focal point for SOP-related inquiries from departments.
*REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Audit, Finance, or related fields.
· At least 2 years of experience in SOP writing, process management, business analysis, or internal control. Experience in retail, FMCG, logistics, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
· Critical Thinking & Risk Analysis.
· SOP Writing & Document Systematization.
· Logical Thinking & Problem-Solving.
· Effective Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.
· Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
· Good at English.
