What's The Gig

In this role, you'll be part of a lean, innovative, and profitable team that's engineered for the future of marketing. You'll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Expect a fast-paced environment where you'll learn, experiment, and grow as we embed AI into everything we do from strategy to execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Be part of challenging assignments and internal projects that contribute to business growth
  • Provide customer and technical support for the company's CRM platform, including handling queries, troubleshooting issues, managing technical requests, and documenting support cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Support in preparing technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to improve efficiency and customer self-service
  • Contribute to platform integrations such as pixel implementation (JavaScript/GTM), SDK setups, and API-based workflows; participate in testing, data validation, and QA to ensure accurate event tracking and data integrity
  • Learn and apply front-end skills by translating UI/UX wireframes into visual elements, implementing event tracking, optimizing websites for speed and scalability, ensuring security/data protection, and troubleshooting web application issues effectively
  • Assist in internal process improvements, proof-of-concepts, and tool evaluations to support both customer-facing and internal initiatives
  • Support other related functions as assigned by your manager and take ownership of ad-hoc assignments and duties as specified

What We're Looking For

  • Available for a full time internship (6 months, paid internship)
  • Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Information Technology in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
  • A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing technology driven environment
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Have a strong interest in problem solving translated from data .
  • A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
  • Have basic knowledge on Microsoft office and Google Suite
  • Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You'll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
