Job Description
- Leads a team to develop and implement warehousing & transport solutions along with the due commercial strategies to meet market and client demands
- Drive the country growth strategies thru the core product offering of warehousing, transport
- Translate customer requirements and bid strategies into actionable project plans
- Plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple high-priority projects
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to deliver effective solutions and drive performance
- Leverage global tools and cost models to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient solutions
- Provide technical guidance on complex or high-risk projects
- Lead continuous improvement of design processes and promote best practices
- Identify skill gaps and support team development through training and mentoring
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and maintain key stakeholder relationships
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or transportation within a commercial, customerfocused, or solutionoriented environment
- Proven capability in leading teams and driving performance in highpressure settings
- Strong expertise in warehouse operations and warehouse management systems, including facility layout design (CAD), cost modeling, and pricing of warehouse solutions
- Practical understanding of transportation operating models, key solution drivers, market expectations, and pricing differentiators
- Demonstrated ability to convert customer needs into valueadded, practical solutions
- Experience in product development, operational costing, and building cost models
- Familiarity with warehouse automation and mechanization, including operational design and system functionality
- Knowledge of transport modeling methods and pricing tools
- Comfortable working with large datasets and proficient in statistical analysis
- Skilled in pricing strategy, resource planning, and selling solutionbased services
- Strong abilities in project management, stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation capabilities
