Solutions Design Director

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi for a Solutions Design Director. The Solutions Design Director will oversee and manage the design process, including conceptualizing innovative solutions, developing and maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring alignment with architectural and product design standards. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring deliverables meet project deadlines and quality expectations. The candidate will lead creative strategies to drive impactful designs that reflect the company's objectives.

• Strong expertise in Design Management and related leadership skills to guide projects and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Branding, including maintaining brand consistency and creating cohesive messaging across projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Architecture and Product Design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in developing and interpreting Construction Drawings with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
• Proven experience in project management, leadership roles, and client-facing engagements is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
