Role Overview

The Solutions Consultant is responsible for bridging client requirements with cutting-edge smart building and automation solutions. You will deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals, support presales engagements, and collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure high-quality project implementation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct presales consultations, site surveys, and technical assessments to evaluate customer needs and project feasibility.

* Design system architectures and prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and system configurations.

* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, contractors, and partners.

* Partner with the sales team to address technical clarifications and drive deal closures.

* Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure design accuracy, maintain documentation, and uphold delivery timelines.

* Provide technical training and post-implementation support to system integrators, partners, and end users.

* Monitor smart building trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain market competitiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Education & Background: Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

* Presales & Consulting Experience: Proven background in solution design, technical bid preparation, and translating electrotechnical concepts into business value.

* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with smart building systems, BMS/BAS, lighting controls, security, or electrotechnical domains.

* Project Coordination: Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and handle timelines.

* Mobility: Willingness to conduct on-site visits, survey construction projects, and travel regionally when required.

* Communication & Languages: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Professional proficiency in Vietnamese is essential; conversational or business English is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

* Gross Salary: 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND / month (commensurate with experience).
