Solutions Architect (AWS)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Presales Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions. The role requires strong Vietnamese and English communication skills to engage with customers, design cloud migration & modernization roadmaps, and showcase Gen AI-driven innovation on AWS. This role bridges sales, solutioning, and delivery, conducting workshops, helping customers in Vietnam adopt cloud-native architectures and AI-first strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Customer Engagement

Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and POCs with Vietnamese-speaking customers.

Translate customer challenges into cloud + Gen AI solutions on AWS.

Present solution architectures and business value propositions to CxO stakeholders.

Solution Architecture & Gen AI

Design scalable, secure AWS architectures across compute, storage, networking, and security.

Architect and demonstrate Generative AI use cases leveraging AWS services such as:

- Amazon Bedrock (Claude, Llama, Titan models, etc.)

- Amazon SageMaker (LLM fine-tuning, prompt orchestration)

- Amazon Q Developer & Q Business - RAG architectures with S3, OpenSearch, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB

Build hands-on POCs to showcase value (chatbots, knowledge assistants, content generation, call center AI).

Presales Support

Respond to RFPs with solution designs, architecture diagrams, and migration/modernization roadmaps.

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.

Create reusable Gen AI accelerators and demo assets for faster presales cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

48 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in cloud architecture (AWS).

Proven hands-on experience building Gen AI applications.

Strong AWS knowledge: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, API Gateway, Step Functions, SQS.

Familiarity with modernization patterns: monolith microservices, containerization (EKS/ECS), serverless.

Generative AI Hands-on (Mandatory)

Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalent LLM platforms.

Ability to design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

Practical knowledge of vector databases (OpenSearch).

Building POCs such as chatbots, copilots, summarizers, or multilingual assistants.

Presales Skills

Strong storytelling and solution pitching skills.

Experience with RFP responses and customer-facing proposals.

Ability to engage C-level executives and simplify technical concepts.

Languages

Fluent Vietnamese (native or professional).

Strong English communication (written & spoken).

Certifications (preferred)

AWS Solutions Architect Professional.

AWS AI Practitioner, ML Specialty.
