Job Description
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Presales teams to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and operational pain points in manufacturing environments.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that optimize production processes, operational efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
- Propose and present technical solutions, system architectures, and value propositions to customers in English.
- Apply AI/ML solutions to real-world manufacturing use cases, including but not limited to:
- Production optimization
- Predictive maintenance
- Quality control & defect detection
- Demand forecasting and process automation
- Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) during the presales phase.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, system design, and implementation roadmap.
- Work closely with Delivery/Engineering teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and smooth handover from presales to implementation.
- Continuously research and recommend emerging technologies, especially in AI, data platforms, and smart manufacturing solutions.
Requirement
- 35 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar roles.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), comfortable working directly with global clients.
- Proven experience in manufacturing optimization, production systems, or industrial environments.
- Hands-on or architectural experience in applying AI/ML solutions to manufacturing use cases.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and impact.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Knowledge of IoT, MES, ERP, SCM systems in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services.
- Experience building PoC/demo environments and developing technical proposals or solution documents.
