Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and senior-level
Solution Architect to drive our technical presales engineering and enterprise system architecture. In this role, you will be the bridge between business vision and technical execution. You will partner closely with the Business Development team to lead technical discoveries, consult global clients during the bidding phase, and author winning technical proposals. Beyond presales, you will define macro-level architecture standards, govern technical risks, and pioneer the integration of Generative AI workflows into our software delivery lifecycle to maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design robust, modern, scalable, and secure enterprise systems across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Data).
- Presales Support: Partner with the business development team to lead technical discovery, consult clients, and design architectural solutions during the bidding phase.
- Technical Proposals: Author comprehensive technical proposals, high-level architecture designs, resource estimations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact, confidently presenting complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (C-level executives).
- AI Integration: Drive the adoption of advanced AI tools and frameworks within software production, engineering, and architecture workflows to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Technical Governance: Define architectural standards, evaluate system performance, mitigate technical risks, and guide engineering teams through implementation.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 7–10 years of proven experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years acting as a Software Architect in an outsource/software development environment.
- Multi-Platform Tech Stack: Deep hands-on experience in cross-platform/multi-platform ecosystems (e.g., modern backend frameworks, web/mobile stacks, distributed microservices).
- Cloud & Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency with major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data architectures (SQL/NoSQL databases, Data Lakes, Streaming platforms).
- Enterprise Architecture: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, integration strategies, DevSecOps practices, and system vulnerability assessment/penetration testing frameworks.
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in effectively utilizing and integrating generative AI tools, AI coding assistants, and modern AI development frameworks into the software lifecycle.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency; capable of writing technical documentation and leading high-level business/technical discussions fluently.
- Presales Mindset: Sharp business acumen with a proactive approach to solving client problems, creating estimates, and converting proposals into winning bids.
