Job Description:
- Design the architecture of Salesforce systems for large and complex projects.
- Consult and propose suitable technology solutions based on customer business requirements.
- Evaluate and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical solutions on Salesforce.
- Establish best practices and development standards for technical teams.
- Lead technical teams in implementing and optimizing Salesforce systems.
- Participate directly in presales activities: demonstration and solution consulting for potential clients.
- Design and integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, other CRMs, internal systems, etc.).
- Manage risks and control solution quality throughout the implementation process.
- Train and develop the professional capabilities of team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and designing Salesforce-based solutions.
- At least 2 years in a solution architect or equivalent senior-level role.
- Salesforce Architect certifications or other relevant certificates are a strong advantage (Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, etc.).
- Proficient in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component, LWC, REST/SOAP API, Integration Patterns.
- Experienced in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- In-depth understanding of software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills (working with international clients).
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Logical thinking, proactive and highly responsible at work.
